Listen!

1/18/06

the future of one day
all in that pink line
making its zone between dark horizon
and all that dark blue above

all that dark blue above
continuously filtered for us
by the mesh of the high parts of trees
the pink coming at us lower down

through the heavy trunks
a slight warming working on
the grains of ice the snowfall
till it is no longer itself

a shining before disappearing
into the future of one day
and all the rest coming to light
in that rose color fervent through the trees
